We work with local producers and wholesalers to curate the best combinations of cheeses, meats, and other delicious items that bring you joy all on a beautifully arranged platter that will be sure to impress. Danny's Cheese is focused primarily on sourcing from local artisans to promote their  industries that are deeply cherished but under promoted. Danny's Cheese platters and boxes are the essential pieces at any event, outing, or just a date night in.

  • Pick-up & Delivery

    All orders may be picked up at designated location in Mount Vernon. Orders for delivery in select areas of Skagit County have a minimum order amount of $150. Orders for delivery in the Bellingham and Stanwood areas have a minimum order amount of $250.

    Select areas in Skagit County for delivery are as follows: Mount Vernon, Burlington, Anacortes, Sedro-Woolley, La Conner, Edison, Conway, Fir-Island

    Please specify in 'order special instructions', which pick up date you would like to pick up your Premier Board.

  • Sourcing

    We work to source our products primarily from local and regional producers who provide the highest quality, taste, and innovation. We also use imported products that are brought in by a Seattle wholesaler that is known for their high quality and care in the products they offer. We decided to focus on highlighting local producers so that we can help grow and promote the local industry. As we grow and expand into the future, we will always focus on the local and regional producers in the various locations we will have.

  • Events

    If you are interested in having our cheese platters made custom for an event such as a wedding, work party, or anything else worthy of a large celebration, we ask that you send us an email and we can workout the details, design, and pricing. We are not catorors. Please don't request catering services. Depending on the size of the event however, delivery to the location may be available.

At Cascadia Creamery, they believe cheese should be an expression of the land. In the shadow of Mt. Adams, mineral-rich glacial streams, volcanic soil, and ancient lava tube caves provide the perfect conditions to craft their aged raw, certified organic cheeses.

Like a fine wine, soil and environment come together to create unique flavors and bouquets for their cheeses. Each one has been kissed by the elements of volcanic soil, mountain water, and ancient cave air to create delicious artisan cheeses with the distinctive flavors of Cascadia.
